I truly love going to True Results Massage. I have been going to Jordan for over 3 years now and I won't go to anyone else. It is very clean, the atmosphere is calming and the staff are friendly and welcoming to everyone.

I cannot recommend True Results Massage enough! Since I started coming here, I have noticed a significant improvement in my overall well-being. I originally went in seeking relief for persistent back pain, and the results have been incredible—not only is my back feeling much better, but I’ve also been sleeping more soundly than I have in a long time. The staff is incredibly kind and provides a level of helpful, attentive care that makes you feel truly comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you are looking for a place that delivers real results and genuine service, this is it. 5 stars—highly recommend!

I’ve been going to True Results Massage in Sioux City for about a year and a half, specifically seeing Jordan. To be fair, he is very skilled at what he does and has a personable, friendly demeanor. When you actually get a full session with him, the quality of the massage is good. However, the inconsistency and unreliability have become too frustrating to overlook. I purchased one of the package deals (for example, 8 sessions for $350), which are advertised as 1-hour massages. In reality, a significant portion of that time is often spent on red light therapy (20–25 minutes), leaving closer to 30 minutes of actual massage. More concerning is the scheduling. I’ve had multiple issues recently: * I showed up for a 5 PM appointment on Friday and was told he was double-booked and also had a plumber there. * We discussed extending a session to 2 hours the next day, which he initially agreed to, then later said there wasn’t enough time. * I rescheduled my Sunday appointment to 8 AM at his suggestion, arrived early at 7:48, and was placed under red light therapy while I waited. I remained there until 8:25, at which point I was told to get dressed because he couldn’t make it due to car issues. I understand that emergencies happen, but this has been a pattern, not a one-off situation. It creates a lot of stress not knowing if an appointment will actually happen, especially when you plan your day around it. I’ve also personally spoken with at least four other people who have had very similar experiences—showing up to appointments only to find he couldn’t make it, along with inconsistent service overall. I’ve consistently tipped well because I do value the quality of his work, but reliability matters just as much. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend Jordan based on my experience. I still have two sessions left on my package, but I won’t be going back—it’s simply not worth it. I’ll be looking for someone who respects my time and provides a more dependable service.

Had a amazing time here...the owners were very nice and catered to everyone's need. The environment was very calm and relaxing . The rooms were beautiful it gave relaxation vibes and the Mimosas were on point. Me and my girls will be voming back ,we appreciate everything they did for the ladies

Hands-down, the best massage I’ve ever had! The team at True Results, not only relieved all my tension, but also made the experience deeply relaxing and restorative. Professional, skilled and attentive to every detail. I felt like a new person!! Highly recommended!!
